Hi foodies, today I’ll be doing a food review of a very popular fast-food restaurant at Vikas Cine Mall, Indira Nagar Colony. They are well known for their cozy seating, pocket-friendly pricing & serving size.

The café is located on the front side of the mall, just off the main Seemadwar road.
Although the café itself doesn’t have a dedicated parking space of its own, the mall it is situated in has ample parking space available in and around its premises for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers alike.

Ambience
The ambience of the restaurant was vibrant and cozy, and although the overall area of the restaurant was quite small in comparison to other similar fast-food restaurants in the city, it was designed very tastefully. It was clear to see that the owners of the restaurant had put in a lot of effort to make it look attractive and fully functional.
Quality Of Food (Taste, Service & Presentation)
The service of the restaurant was quick and efficient. All the dishes that I had ordered were prepared in good time and presented well.
The service staff was warm and courteous, especially Mr. Dinesh, who was always available to answer any of my queries regarding the dishes and the menu. Moreover, they were dressed in the trademark uniform of the restaurant which gave them a very professional look.
Dishes Ordered
I ordered one of their best shakes, the Strawberry Shake, one of their famous appetizers, the Lemon Chicken, and lastly, one of their best varieties of sandwiches, the Veg Club Sandwich.
Strawberry shake
First up came one of their best shakes listed on the menu, the strawberry shake.
The strawberry shake was served full till the brim in a regularly-sized glass, with a striped, eco-friendly paper straw. The glass also had some food art drawn on it as well with the help of some strawberry crush.
The shake tasted super fresh and was quite rich and creamy in texture. The strawberry crush they had used in it gave off a wonderful, distinct flavor of strawberry to the drink, and although I found it to be a bit too sweet for my liking, people who prefer their shakes to be on the sweeter side will surely love it.
Despite being quite rich and creamy in texture, I didn’t find it to be too heavy and it complimented my meal wonderfully.
Lemon Chicken
Next up came one of their most popular appetizers, the lemon chicken.
The lemon chicken was served in an attractive-looking, green-colored, leaf-shaped bowl and looked really appetizing.
10 bite-size crunchy chicken pieces came completely coated in a thick, sweet, and tangy sauce which had a distinct yet delectable lemony flavor to it which gave the dish its signature flavor.
Starting with the chicken pieces used in it, they were cooked to perfection and were melt-in-mouth soft. They were coated in a thin layer of corn flour and then lightly deep-fried, which not only gave the pieces a nice, crunchy exterior but also managed to keep them super moist and juicy on the insides as well.
The moist chicken pieces were then tossed in a thick and flavorful, lemon-infused sauce which was also infused with lots of finely chopped garlic and spring onions, along with other spices like black pepper and chili flakes. The thin layer of corn flour on the chicken pieces acted as a sponge and completely absorbed all the delicious flavor of the thick, lemony sauce, giving them a truly mouth-watering taste, and enhancing the overall taste of the dish in the process.
I did, unfortunately, find a small bone in one of the boneless chicken pieces, and although it didn’t affect my meal too much, I did make it a point to mention it to the servers and chefs, as it was a clear sign of negligence from their side and hopefully they, along with the restaurant’s owners, will take extra care to make sure such instances are not repeated in the future, as they might lose other unforgiving customers because of it.
Veg Club Sandwich
And finally came one of their most popular variety of sandwiches, the veg club sandwich.
4 big pieces of triangular-shaped, triple-layered grilled sandwiches were served on a stylish black ceramic plate.
The veg club sandwich was very wholesome and tasted great. It was crunchy on the outside and flavorsome on the inside. They used a good variety of sandwich bread to make the sandwich, as even after being grilled, it held its shape very well and was still soft in texture, unlike some other varieties of sandwich bread which tend to become quite hard and chewy after being grilled.
Moving on to the filling of the sandwich, it tasted fresh and complimented the soft grilled bread really well. Each slice of bread was lined with a crunchy lettuce leaf and then stuffed with a flavorsome coleslaw, which was made by combining a rich and creamy variety of veg mayonnaise with thin slices or julienne of vegetables like carrots and cabbage, and lastly, the coleslaw was topped off with a few round slices of cucumber as well, to give the entire filling a delectable, fresh crunch.

To Eat or Not?
To Eat, absolutely.
With their colorful, cozy ambiance, economical pricing, and delicious food, they are most definitely one of the better restaurants to visit with your loved ones if you’re looking for some delicious fast-food items at affordable rates.
It is true that even though the overall restaurant area might come across as small, especially when compared to some other bigger restaurants in the city, I still felt that this food outlet had all the necessary, important elements in place to be considered a great fast-food restaurant, irrespective of its size.
Yes, they can definitely work on improving a couple of aspects like enhancing the overall presentation of their dishes by using better crockery and fine-tuning the preparation of some of their dishes, but overall, I had a very satisfying visit to this fast-food restaurant and I can’t wait to go back and try more of their delicious dishes on offer.
It is unsurprising to see why they have been so successful in making a name for themselves as one of the best go-to, fast-food restaurants for people living on this side of the city for almost a decade now, and I don’t see a reason why they can’t keep going on if they can maintain and continue with the high standards they are currently operating at.
