Hi foodies, today I’ll be doing a food review of a very popular restaurant near Ballupur chowk, GMS Road. They are very well known for their serving size, elaborate menu & good service.

The restaurant is located in a complex, on the first floor, which is situated just off the main GMS road. The restaurant is easily accessible by either a staircase or an elevator.
It has ample parking space allocated in front of the complex for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers alike. Finding a good parking spot might be slightly difficult during rush hours as the parking area is quite narrow and usually crowded with vehicles.

Ambience
The ambience of the restaurant was super clean, well maintained and quite elegant in design. They had gone for an all-wooden theme which gave the restaurant area a unique and premium feel, and the aesthetic lighting, along with great music, complimented it wonderfully as well. They had clearly focused on the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and it showed.
Quality Of Food (Taste, Service & Presentation)
The service of the restaurant was good. The dishes I ordered were presented wonderfully but took slightly longer to prepare than usual, even though the restaurant wasn’t crowded. Not much of an issue, but definitely something which they can improve upon, in my opinion.
The service staff were polite and were always available to take care of any of the customer’s queries. The staff were also in the restaurant’s very own designed black uniforms, which was always great to see and it gave them a more professional look.
Dishes Ordered
I ordered a plate of Chicken Spring Roll, a Kit-Kat Shake, and White Sauce Pasta.
Chicken Spring roll
First up came the chicken spring roll. The chicken spring roll was served pre-portioned on a sleek black ceramic plate, garnished with thinly chopped juliennes of cabbage, fried noodles, and quite a few small, stir-fried chicken pieces. A couple of bowls were provided with the spring roll as well, which contained a tangy schezwan sauce and a green mint chutney to complement the dish.
The taste of the spring roll was absolutely delicious. The outer layer of the spring roll was paper thin and super crunchy, although slightly oily as well. The filling inside the spring roll was made up of a combination of well-seasoned thin juliennes of cabbage, carrots, and capsicum, along with quite a few small, stir-fried chicken pieces, which were moist and juicy, coming together to give the spring roll a delectable flavor.
It was different and felt quite premium as compared to the other traditional chicken spring rolls I’ve had over the years from various restaurants and food carts, but it definitely backed it up with great flavor and was arguably one of the best I’ve had.
Although I didn’t use them too much, I found the green mint chutney more flavorful than the tangy schezwan sauce, which was slightly underwhelming in comparison.
Kit-Kat Shake
Next up came the Kit-Kat shake. The Kit-Kat shake was served full till the brim in a sleek, tall glass. It tasted quite rich and had a very distinct flavor of Kit-Kat chocolate in it. Thankfully, it wasn’t too heavy and complimented my meal wonderfully.
White Sauce Pasta
And finally came one of their most recommended dishes, the white sauce pasta. The white sauce pasta was served in a dotted, white circular baking dish, garnished with continental herbs and spices like oregano and some pizza seasoning.
The white sauce pasta tasted super fresh and was heavenly. The white sauce was thick, creamy, buttery, and sweet. It was packed with flavor and had a very premium feel to it. They used penne pasta in the dish and it was cooked to perfection. It still had a bite to it and wasn’t mushy at all. The veggies used in it like red & yellow capsicum, along with some sweet corn and black olives, were kept slightly on the crunchier side, thereby giving the dish a nice texture. The oregano and pizza seasoning added a nice, tangy flavor to the dish, providing some much-needed contrast in flavor to the ultra-rich and creamy taste of the white sauce.
Unfortunately, I could only finish 1/4th of the dish as it was too rich for me, but it was without a doubt, one of the tastiest pasta dishes I’ve had in a very, very long time.

To Eat or Not?
To Eat, definitely.
With their excellent all-wooden ambiance, great service, generous portion sizes, and absolutely delicious food, I found this restaurant to be one of the best places to go out with your friends, family, and partners and indulge in some delicious premium North Indian, Chinese, and Continental food.
Even though they charge a premium for their dishes, I feel they totally justify their price by providing dishes that are not only sublime in flavor and taste but are also super filling and wonderfully presented.
Yes, many customers who are on a tight budget may indeed think twice before visiting this restaurant because of its pricing, but I urge them to give it a try at least once, as I feel there is a unique finesse about the way they prepare and present their dishes here, something I believe many other good, established restaurants may find very difficult to replicate.
This was my first ever visit to this restaurant and I must say, I was super impressed by them. I’m eagerly looking forward to trying many more mouth-watering delicacies from their elaborate menu on my next visit.
